Get your athletes ready for Spring sports with our three-week Bootcamp!
Running from February 16 – March 6, our virtual & in-person hybrid workouts are exactly what every athlete needs to prepare themselves for their Spring season.
Each Tuesday/Thursday virtual training is an intense 30-45 minute strength, agility, and endurance workout held via Google Meet. Our Saturday morning in-person training, held at Rockfield Park in Bel Air, runs about 90 minutes and will always have something exciting and unexpected in store.
SESSION 2 DETAILS
February 16 – March 6 (9 workouts total)
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:15-7 pm via Google Meet
Saturdays from 10:30 am – Noon. Ewing Field @ Rockfield Park, Bel Air, MD
Upon purchase, you will be emailed a PDF with Google meet instructions and the location of Ewing field for Saturday workouts

Disclaimer: Outside trainings are rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, arrangements will be made to run them on Sunday or move them to virtual workouts. All sales are final. No refunds.

FUN WEEKLY TRIALS DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN OUR ANCHORS INSIDE AND OUT
Each week our athletes are given a new Anchor Challenge to complete. The Challenges range from agility to hand/eye coordination to healthy eating and more. The Challenges can be completed at any time in any order by anyone!

THE ANCHOR WEEK
Complete an entire week (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday) of Anchor Virtual Training.
— No. 2 —
10-10-10-60
Perform 10 pushups, 10 situps, and 10 burpees in 60 seconds.
— No. 3 —
TOE-KNEE-HEAD
Using a soccer ball, flip it from the toe to the knee to the head. Then, do it in reverse. You don’t have to go up and down a single try.
— No. 4 —
WALL BALL
Bounce a ball off a wall – low, medium, and high – with each hand. Perform once with your eyes open, and again with the opposite eye of your hand closed.

200 PUSH-UP PARTY
You must do 200 pushups between Tuesday’s and Saturday’s training.

FRU!TS & VEGG!ES
You must eat at least one serving of fruits and veggies and have at least four glasses of water per day. Three of the veggie servings must come as a salad.

THE MONSTER MILE
Run at least one mile this week and record your time. If you can, go out for multiple runs to try to beat it. Treadmill runs count, but try to run outside!
